Welcome to Pawshé. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pawshe.co.in (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

The Site is owned and operated by Pawshe, a business registered under the Shops & Establishments Act, with its registered address at House No. 357, GF, Urban Estate, Sector 45, Gurugram, Haryana – 122003. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to place an order on our Site. By using the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our products, colours, and sizing accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings, handmade elements, or batch differences in fabric/material.
Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product-description errors, and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, even after order confirmation. If your payment has already been processed for such an order, we will issue a full refund.
Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed; in rare cases of stock unavailability after ordering, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed (for prepaid orders) or the order is placed (for COD orders, where available). See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for accepted payment methods and COD terms.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, repeated failed deliveries, or unserviceable addresses — and will notify you if this happens.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact number. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information you provide.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including our logo, brand name, product designs, photography, graphics, and text — is the property of Pawshé and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. User-Submitted Content

If you submit reviews, photos of your pet wearing Pawshé products, or other content to us (including via social media tags), you grant Pawshé a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and share that content across our website, social media, and marketing materials, with credit to you where reasonably possible. You confirm you have the right to share any content you submit.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user’s account
Interfere with the Site’s operation, including through bots, scraping, or malicious code
Place fraudulent orders or misuse our returns/exchange process

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawshé is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Pet apparel and accessories are intended for general comfort and styling use; please supervise your pet while wearing or using any Pawshé product, particularly during the first use, and discontinue use if you notice any discomfort, damage, or chewing/ingestion risk.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Pawshé harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
